Service & Technical Operator (Tier-1) at Customer Success Center

We are a satellite company located in Ramat Gan and we'r looking for Service Technical Operator (Tier-1)

and Customer Success Candidate

Requirements: Solution oriented

Excellent problem solving abilities - independent, proactive

Prioritizing and performing multiple tasks at the same time

Proactive approach towards customer

Possess good understanding of RF, IP networks and video technologies.

Technical background in satellite communications and VSAT networks is an advantage.

Fluent in French or English (additional Russian is an advantage).

Capable of working in 24x7 shifts.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM system and practices.

Excellent teamwork and cross-functional cooperation

Service oriented and good communication and learning skills

Fluent English, verbal and writing

2 years Experience in a customer success roles or equivalent

Technical oriented.
